Mark Manukyan, the former head of the Information Technologies Department of "Oboronenergo" joint stock company, was detained in Moscow.

Axar.az ınforms that TASS reported on this.

It was noted that Manukyan was arrested within the framework of the criminal case related to the looting of the company's property.

The accused confessed his guilt and said that he is ready to cooperate with the investigation.
