The court proceedings regarding former Armenian President Robert Kocharian and three other former high-ranking officials—Armen Gevorkyan, Yuri Khachaturov, and Seyran Ohanyan—continue in the Anti-Corruption Court.

Axar.az informs that this was reported by Armenian media.

It was noted that Kocharian did not attend the court session.

Kocharian’s office head, Bagrat Mikoyan, stated to reporters that the former president did not receive a notification about the court hearing: "Kocharian has been abroad since September 18, and this trip was planned before the court session was scheduled. The former president will return soon and will appear in court appropriately after receiving the notification."

It is important to note that former President Robert Kocharian, former Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorkyan, former Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan, and former Chief of Staff and former CSTO Secretary-General Yuri Khachaturov are accused under Article 300.1 of the Armenian Criminal Code (change of the constitutional order).
