Hezbollah's task is the defense of the Gaza Strip.

Axar.az reports that Ali Khamenei, the supreme religious leader of Iran, said these words during his Friday sermon in Tehran.

He appealed to Hezbollah and Hamas, urging them to continue the struggle and not to despair:

"Regional countries are looking for peace and tranquility, the only problem is foreign intervention," said Khamenei, accusing the United States of supporting Israel.

Calling the "Aqsa Storm" operation (Hamas' attack on Israel on October 7, 2023 - ed.) a "service to the entire region", Khamenei stressed that Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrullah, who was killed on September 27, was at the forefront of the just struggle.
