A 13-year-old boy opened fire outside the offices of Israeli tech company Elbit Systems Sweden last Thursday.

Axar.az reports that, citing BBC, “He was essentially caught in the act,” stated police spokesman August Brandt, noting that the shots are being investigated as an “attempted murder and weapons offense.”

However, this incident is part of a larger trend; there have been several similar events this year.

Earlier this month, Israeli embassies in both Sweden and neighboring Denmark were targeted.

While no one was injured, Sweden's security service, Sapo, quickly suggested that Iran might be involved in both cases. Fredrik Hallstrom, head of operations at Sapo, described Tehran’s possible involvement as an “objective hypothesis.”

Iran’s foreign ministry dismissed the claims as “unfounded and biased,” asserting that they are based on misinformation from Israel.
