Serbia seeks US support for Kosovo Serbs

The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, met with General John Harris, the commander of the Ohio National Guard, during his visit to Belgrade.

Axar.az reports that Vucic wrote about this on his social media account.

"A constructive conversation took place with the commander of the Ohio National Guard regarding the security situation in the region, the relations between Serbia and the USA, as well as opportunities for further developing our bilateral military cooperation and cooperation in other areas," Vucic stated.

The Serbian president has requested support from the USA to protect Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija and called for strengthening the strategic partnership between official Belgrade and Washington.
