Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammad Sudani is on a visit to Turkiye.

Axar.az reports that within the framework of the visit, President of Turkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan received the Prime Minister of Iraq.

In addition to the bilateral relations between Turkiye and Iraq, regional and global issues were also discussed at the meeting held at the Vahdettin pavilion located in Istanbul.

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan emphasized that the positive steps taken by the Iraqi government in the fight against the PKK/KCK terrorist organization are welcomed in Turkiye.
