The countries that are part of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) are being fully equipped with modern weapons and technology.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by the CSTO Secretary General, Imangali Tasmagambetov.

"Military-technical cooperation continues, and the Russian military-industrial complex is very active and efficient. As for the supply of weapons and military equipment to CSTO countries, this is largely driven by bilateral cooperation between Russia and these countries. Within the CSTO framework, the issue of equipping the Collective Forces with modern and advanced weapons and military technology is discussed directly. All CSTO countries work directly with 'Rosoboronexport'. One of the key issues is that CSTO countries have the opportunity to purchase weapons at internal prices. And this work is actively ongoing," Tasmagambetov said.
