According to the information as of 10:00 a.m., the weather conditions in the country were mostly rainless.

Axar.az informs that this was reported by the National Hydrometeorology Service.

It was noted that fog was observed in Naftalan, Shamkir, Shamakhi, Gobustan, Goychay, Zardab, and Lerik, visibility was limited to 200-500 meters.

The minimum temperature of the air was recorded in Baku and Absheron peninsula 9 degrees, in Aran regions from 2 degrees of frost to 3 degrees, in Nakhchivan MR 4 degrees, in mountainous regions up to 8 degrees of frost.
