The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) still considers Armenia its ally, despite recent statements by the republic's Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR).

Axar.az reports that this was stated by a source within the organization to TASS.

"Yes, the higher-level organization is aware of this statement by the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Republic of Armenia. However, we still consider Armenia to be an ally and continue to interact with Yerevan in a working manner," the source said.

It should be noted that Armenia's Foreign Intelligence Service, in its report, announced that it would continue the process of suspending Armenia's membership in the CSTO in 2025.
