Diplomatic relations with Russia will not be restored until Georgia's territorial integrity is restored.

Axar.az reports that Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze stated this.

"We will not have diplomatic relations until Georgia's territorial integrity is restored. But we are still pursuing a pragmatic policy. Without pragmatism, Georgia cannot survive," Kobakhidze said.
