Despite the efforts of its opponents, official Tbilisi managed to prevent the opening of a second front against Russia in Georgia.

Axar.az reports that Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze made this statement.

"The Georgian government has done everything to maintain peace and security in the country. Despite significant efforts to open a second front in Georgia, we succeeded in this struggle. There were direct demands, appeals, and coordination with the radical opposition, but the 1921 scenario was not repeated in Georgia, and this is the merit of the government," Kobakhidze stated.
