The Kremlin positively assesses Vladimir Zelensky's readiness to sit down at the negotiating table, but there is a problem with his self-imposed ban on talks with Moscow.

Axar.az reports citing TASS, Russian presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated this.

"Positively," the spokesman said in response to a question. "The problem is who should sit at the negotiating table. So far there is still a legal ban imposed by the Ukrainian president on talks with the Russian side. That's why, in general, we assess it positively, but there are still nuances that remain unchanged," Peskov pointed out.
