Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan shared his impressions of his meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Ilham Aliyev.

Axar.az reports that Erdogan shared this on his social media account.

"I was very pleased to host my brother, Azerbaijani President Mr. Ilham Aliyev, in Turkiye. We are making great progress in our fraternal relations, embodied in the slogan "One nation - two states". Relations between our countries are constantly developing in many areas, from defense to trade.

I would like to express this: Turkiye and Azerbaijan are on the side of peace, security, and prosperity. We just want peace in our region, we want cooperation, we want to develop together. Hopefully, from now on, we are determined to implement all kinds of projects aimed at regional peace, prosperity, and security together," Erdogan noted.
