The main opposition within the country has lost control of itself.

Axar.az reports that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said this during a speech in Istanbul.

“They have lost control of themselves to the point that they are now begging the West. They have demonstrated all kinds of shame, from hiding behind the youth to disrespecting our mosques, the heritage of our ancestors,” the head of state said.

Erdogan also noted that the Turkish government will not allow the authorities to disrupt internal stability and use young people as tools.
