All Russian banks should be removed from the SWIFT system, all ships included in the Russian "shadow fleet" should be included in the sanctions list, and restrictions should be expanded on energy companies that finance the Russian state budget, including Nord Stream, Rosatom, Gazprom, and Lukoil.

Axar.az reports that this was said by Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda.

"The sanctions that have already been imposed have not been decisive enough, and Russia manages to circumvent them with the help of third countries. That is why the Russian economy, although not in the best condition, is still working relatively well in the current conditions," Nausėda said.
