356 killed in Suwayda amid Druze-government clashes

At least 356 people have been killed in clashes between the transitional government's forces and Druze Mountain self-defense units in Syria's Suwayda province.

Among the dead are 55 civilians and 79 fighters from the self-defense forces.

“To restore stability, 189 special forces personnel from the Interior and Defense Ministries sent from Damascus, and 18 pro-government Arab tribal militiamen, were also killed. In addition, 15 members of the Internal Security Forces were killed in Israeli airstrikes on Damascus yesterday,” the report said.
