The graduation ceremony of the “Command and Staff Courses” of China's People's Liberation Army Ground Force Academy was held in Nanjing (China).

Axar.az reports citing MoD that an officer of the Azerbaijan Army Major Iftikhar Jafarov graduated with distinction from the Academy and received a diploma with honors and gold medal. He received the qualification of "Master of Military Science, Military Management" by the decision of the Higher Education Commission of the Academy.

It should be pointed out that 165 foreign servicemen from 67 countries studied in the higher military-educational institution this year. Only the officer of the Azerbaijan Army, Major I. Jafarov received a diploma with honors and a gold medal among the alumni of the Academy.
