China will not sit at the negotiating table regarding the signing of a new agreement on the reduction of strategic weapons.

Axar.az reports that Academician Yuri Solomonov, the creator of Topol-M, Yars and Bulava rockets said this. He said that such an agreement is not necessary for China:

“This agreement does not have the capacity to survive. The Chinese do not need this. According to the information we have, they have little nuclear potential. China's nuclear potential, on the one hand, is sufficient to ensure its security, and on the other, it poses an adequate threat to both the potential aggressor. ”
