Azerbaijan`s Minister of Economy Shahin Mustafayev has met Minister of Agriculture of Iran Mahmoud Hojjati.

The parties praised cooperation, as well as successfully developing relations between the two countries.

They exchanged views on opportunities of cooperation in the field of agriculture.

Mr. Mustafayev said relations between the two countries successfully developed in the fields of oil-gas, transport, energy, communications thanks to joint efforts of Presidents of Azerbaijan and Iran. He added the agriculture is the significant directions of Azerbaijani-Iranian cooperation.

Mahmoud Hojjati, in turn, highlighted developing relations between the Azerbaijan and Iran in the field of agriculture. The Minister noted there was wide potential for deepening cooperation between the two countries.
