Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said a building used as the residence of the Saudi Arabian ambassador was damaged in the latest Russian strikes on Ukraine.

Axar.az reports, citing local media, that according to Zelensky, the Kremlin’s main goal at this point is to intimidate and break the civilian population.

“Today alone, and in Kyiv alone, Russian jet-powered drones hit two kindergartens, two schools, an ordinary residential building, an auto repair shop, several warehouses and communications facilities. Anywhere in the world, this choice of targets would be called by one word — terrorism,” Zelensky said.

Zelensky also confirmed that the latest Russian strikes caused both injuries and deaths.

He said Russia had attacked Ukraine with 277 strike drones of various types since yesterday, 155 of which were jet-powered.

“Among the damaged sites is also a building used as the residence of the Saudi Arabian ambassador. In the Dnipropetrovsk region, a sports school was damaged. In the Sumy region, the building of a regional children’s home was also damaged,” Zelensky noted.
