The Russian Defense Ministry said on Monday that Russian forces had struck two vessels carrying cargo for the Ukrainian military, as well as a shipbuilding plant at the port of Izmail.

Axar.az reports, citing Russian media, that according to the ministry, in the port of Chornomorsk, a dry cargo vessel carrying military equipment and dual-use cargo for the Ukrainian Armed Forces was hit.

According to the ministry, a dry cargo vessel carrying military supplies to the port of Odesa was also struck in the Black Sea.

“In the port of Izmail, the infrastructure of the Dunaysudoservice shipbuilding plant was hit,” the Russian Defense Ministry said, referring to the targets struck overnight by drones.

According to the ministry, a deployment site of a Ukrainian border guard unit located on the plant’s premises was also hit.
