Belarus: We lost $ 2 billion because of Russia

Belarus has lost $ 2 billion due to Russia's oil restrictions and "dirty oil."

Axar.az reports this was stated by Belarusian Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei. According to him, the Belarusian export has been significantly affected by changes in trade conditions by Russia.

He said that Belarus had fulfilled all its obligations.
