The invitation for Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to take part at Nuclear Security Summit, which will be held in the US, is very important, Azay Guliyev, member of the Azerbaijani parliament, told reporters.

The US president’s invitation is an assessment of Azerbaijan’s contribution to international security, he said.

Azerbaijan strongly supports the fight against terrorism at international level, noted Guliyev.

“As a country, which suffered from terrorism Azerbaijan understands the great danger faced by humanity,” said Guliyev adding that the country always contributes to international security.
