Mahmoud Abbas, President of the State of Palestine, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization has sent a letter to President Ilham Aliyev.

I am grateful to you for your support for our people’s rights and I am proud of our brotherly relations which connect our countries and peoples. Please accept the assurances of my highest esteem. I wish for you strong health and happiness, and for your people progress and well-being.”
