On March 17, on the eve of Novruz holiday, the "Open Door" day was held in the military units with the participation of military parent and relatives, public figures and cultural workers.

Under the leadership of the Defense Minister, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov, the leadership of the Ministry visited the "Open Door" on one of the military units and attended the festive celebration with the staff.

Citizens who visited the military unit were closely acquainted with the created conditions and visited service and administrative buildings, military hostels and canteen.

At the meeting with the leadership of the Ministry, the issues of their parents were discussed and their questions were answered. Listening to the soldier's parents, the Minister of Defense gave relevant instructions on the solution of a number of issues.

After a festive concert for the staff, the Minister of Defense together with servicemen and visitors made a dinner party.
