Parliament member Ramin Mammadov was identified as the person responsible for contact with Armenian residents living in the Karabakh region of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports that for this purpose, on March 1, Ramin Mammadov met with representatives of Armenian residents living in the Karabakh region of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the headquarters of the peacekeeping contingent of the Russian Federation temporarily stationed in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the city of Khojaly.

Masim Mammadov, the head of the monitoring group investigating the illegal exploitation of natural resources, consisting of experts from the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the State Service for Real Estate Affairs under the Ministry of Economy and "AzerGold" Closed Joint Stock Company, also participated in the meeting.
