German and Spanish diplomatic corps evacuated from Iran

Employees of the German and Spanish diplomatic corps were evacuated from Iran to Azerbaijan via the “Astara” state border checkpoint.

Axar.az reports the evacuation included 13 German and 6 Spanish diplomats, along with 3 Azerbaijani citizens and 1 Bangladeshi citizen.

The evacuation was conducted with all necessary document checks, registration, and procedures, and full measures were taken at the border checkpoint to ensure a secure passage.

After completing the registration process, the evacuees were safely sent to their designated destinations.
