A new security format has emerged in the region - Bayramov

The signing of the trilateral statement has led to the emergence of a new format of security and development in the region.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at a joint press conference with ECO Secretary General Yusif Bin Ahmad Al-Osaymin.

Bayramov said that Azerbaijan is taking the necessary steps to ensure the safe return of people to the liberated territories. "At the same time, Azerbaijan declares its openness to cooperation, noting that a new format of cooperation has emerged in the region and we observe their statements."
