We do not see any responses from Yerevan to our proposals

Unfortunately, we do not yet see the response of the Armenian side to our peace proposals.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov speaking at a press conference on the results of his meeting with his visiting Serbian counterpart Nikola Selakovic.

He said he informed his counterpart about the fact of occupation of our lands by Armenia for about 30 years, the end of the occupation as a result of the Great Patriotic War and the establishment of international law.

"I also informed about the systematic steps taken by Azerbaijan to achieve peace, demining the liberated territories, creating conditions there and reconstruction work.

I also spoke about the opportunities for normalization of relations with Armenia, the proposal of a peace agreement between the two countries, the steps taken by the Azerbaijani side to delimit the borders.
