Baku signed an agreement worth 1.6 billion

A document was signed between the Azerbaijan Air Force and the Pakistan Aeronautical Complex, which will be the largest contract of this type in the history of Pakistan.

Axar.az reports that the "Air Operations Syndicate" has released information about this.

"The contract envisages the purchase of Azerbaijani JF-17C Block-III fighters, as well as training and combat equipment for jet aircraft. The value of the contract is estimated at 1.6 billion dollars. The JF-17 is considered a "4+" generation fighter but uses fifth-generation avionics and weapons. The crusher is designed with low operating costs and minimal maintenance requirements. This makes it possible to deploy a large fleet of aircraft and maintain their high combat readiness," the information says.
