Regarding the Zangezur Corridor, as you mentioned, this issue is reflected in the Tripartite Statement signed on November 10, 2020. Yes, the word "Zangazur corridor" is not mentioned there. However, it is written that there should be a road connection between the Eastern part of Azerbaijan and the Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan, and the border forces of Russia should provide control. It was signed by President Putin, Prime Minister Pashinyan and myself. And now, for more than three years, Armenia has violated this provision.

Axar.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev said these words in his speech at the international forum on "COP29 and Green Vision for Azerbaijan" held at ADA University on April 23.

"And now they want to eliminate that provision, so to speak. However, this is not possible. They block the possibility of establishing a road connection with the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. This kind of attitude is, of course, very disappointing," President Ilham Aliyev said.
