I consider the establishment of Karabakh University to be a historic event.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev during a meeting with the faculty and students of Karabakh University.

The President noted that a beautiful dormitory has been created for the university and that new educational buildings will be constructed in the next three years. He expressed hope that Karabakh University will become one of the leading higher education institutions in the country.
