Armenia has not officially withdrawn its signature from the trilateral declaration signed by Moscow, Baku, and Yerevan in 2020, which facilitated a ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh.

Axar.az reports that Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk stated this.

He also noted that there has been no progress within the framework of the trilateral working group on the opening of communications in the region for about a year and a half.

According to Overchuk, the unblocking of economic and transportation corridors in the region is only possible with Russia's involvement.
