If Armenia withdraws its signature from the document it signed on November 9 (November 10, 2020 tripartite statement - ed.), this will give Azerbaijan a direct legitimate right to start military operations, and Azerbaijan will do so.

Axar.az reports that Vahe Hovhannisyan, a member of the "Alternative projects" group and an expert, said these words in an interview with the Armenian media.

"If Armenia keeps its signature, but does not work in this direction (according to its obligations - ed.), does not take any steps, this will again tell Azerbaijan, Russians and other regional players, "I have a legal right to resolve the issue by military means, this person signed his signature will give the legal right to say "does not respect", he said.

It should be noted that it is mainly about the commitment taken by Armenia in the November 9/10 statement regarding the provision of an unobstructed road from the western regions of Azerbaijan to Nakhchivan.
