Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga begins a tour of African nations and Oman on Wednesday to garner support for Kyiv’s strategy to end the ongoing war with Russia.

Axar.az reports that, citing Al Arabiya, the visits to Oman, Angola, Egypt, and South Africa follow Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s announcement of his “Victory Plan” and a call for immediate NATO membership.

Sybiga’s tour, running from Wednesday to Monday, aims to “promote the Peace Formula, enhance political dialogue, strengthen humanitarian and energy support for Ukraine, and foster trade and economic cooperation,” according to the foreign ministry.
