Israel urges its citizens to leave Sri Lanka

The National Security Council has urged Israelis to immediately evacuate the Arugam Bay area and other beaches in the south and west of Sri Lanka due to threats of terrorism.

Axar.az reports that , citing the Times of Israel, The NSC advises those leaving these regions to either exit the country or at least relocate to the capital, Colombo, where local security forces are more prevalent.

Additionally, the warning recommends postponing travel to the rest of the country. Israelis are also urged to conceal their nationality and avoid large gatherings.
