One of the main forces behind Armenia's militarization is France.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Head of the Department of Foreign Policy Affairs of the Presidential Administration.

"Armenia is an occupying and aggressive state. In this regard, its militarization is a matter of great responsibility," he added.
