The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan expressed its condolences to Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports that this was shared on the X account of the ministry.

"We offer our deepest condolences to the families and relatives of the victims of the accident of the passenger plane belonging to Azerbaijan Airlines in Aktau. We share your sadness in this difficult time," the post said.
