The famous Russian academic has died

Nikolay Kardashev, Russian academic and director of the Astronomical Center of the Institute of Physics named after Lebedev, has died.

Axar.az reports citing RIA.

A farewell ceremony will be held tomorrow at the Lebedev Institute of Physics. In 1964, Kardashev developed a scale of development of civilizations.
