Strong wind warnings issued nationwide until September 21

Yellow and orange warnings have been issued regarding the expected windy weather conditions in the country until the morning of September 21.

Axar.az reports that according to the information provided by the National Hydrometeorological Service, in accordance with the orange warning, northwesterly winds will blow in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, as well as in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Kalbajar, Ganja, Naftalan, Goranboy, Gazakh, Agstafa, Shamkir, Tovuz, Dashkesan, Gusar, Khachmaz, Shabran, Khizi, Siyazan, Neftchala, Yevlakh, Mingachevir, Barda, Tartar, Agjabedi, with wind speeds of 20.8-28.4 meters per second.

In accordance with the yellow warning, northwesterly winds will blow intermittently in most regions, with wind speeds of 13.9-20.7 meters per second.
