Intermittent precipitation is expected in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula on December 14.

Rain mixed with wet snow may fall briefly in some suburban areas during the night and morning, gradually stopping during the day. Strong northwest winds in the morning will switch to northeast winds by daytime.

Temperatures in Baku and Absheron are expected to range from 2–4°C at night and 4–6°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will rise from 760 mmHg to 770 mmHg. Relative humidity will be 80–85% at night and 60–65% during the day.

In other regions of Azerbaijan, intermittent precipitation is expected, with heavy showers possible in some areas, sometimes turning into snow. Rain will gradually stop during the day. Occasional fog is expected. Western winds will occasionally strengthen in some areas.

Temperatures in the regions are forecasted as follows: night 1–6°C, day 7–11°C; in the mountains, night frost of 1–6°C and daytime temperatures of 0–5°C.
