Weather in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula on December 16 is expected to be partly cloudy, occasionally overcast, and mostly dry, though intermittent rain is forecast in some areas at night and in the evening.

Axar.az reports, citing the National Hydrometeorological Service, that a north-easterly wind will blow tomorrow.

Air temperatures will be 3–5°C at night and 6–9°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will rise from 766 mm to 771 mm of mercury. Relative humidity will be 70–80%.

In Azerbaijan’s regions, intermittent precipitation is expected in some areas, with snow forecast in mountainous regions. In some places, rainfall may be heavy. A moderate easterly wind will blow.

Air temperatures will range from 1°C below zero to 4°C above zero at night and 7–10°C during the day. In the mountains, temperatures will be 3–8°C below zero at night, dropping to 10–13°C below zero in high-mountain areas, and 2–6°C below zero during the day. Icy conditions are possible on roads in some mountainous areas at night and in the morning.
