Strong wind warnings issued across Azerbaijan

From the afternoon of January 13 to the evening of January 14, yellow and orange warnings have been issued in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, as well as in most regions, regarding expected windy weather.

Axar.az was informed about this by the National Hydrometeorological Service.

In Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, Kalbajar, Zangilan, Gobustan, Khizi, Gusar, Mingachevir, Yevlakh, Tartar, Neftchala, Gazakh, Agstafa, Tovuz, Shamkir, Samukh, Ganja, Naftalan, Goranboy, Dashkesan, in accordance with the orange warning, northwesterly winds will blow, with wind speeds increasing to 20.8-28.4 m/s.

In other regions of the country, northwesterly winds will blow, with wind speeds of 13.9-20.7 m/s.
