Axar.az reports that, according to the National Hydrometeorology Service, Baku and the Absheron Peninsula will experience partly cloudy skies, with occasional precipitation. Rainfall is expected intermittently during the first half of the day, accompanied by a moderate northwestern wind.

Temperatures in Baku will range from 1–3°C at night to 4–6°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be around 767 mmHg, and relative humidity will be 65–75%.

In the regions of Azerbaijan, some areas will experience intermittent precipitation, with sleet in lowland areas and snow in mountainous and foothill regions. Precipitation may intensify in certain locations but is expected to gradually stop in the evening. Fog is possible in some areas, with a moderate western wind blowing.

Regional temperatures will range from -2°C to 3°C at night and 4–8°C during the day. In the mountains, nighttime temperatures will range from -5°C to -10°C, and in higher mountain areas from -11°C to -16°C, with daytime temperatures between -2°C and -5°C.
