In Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, the sky will be partly cloudy, occasionally overcast, but mainly without rain. A mild southwest wind will turn to northwest in the evening.

Temperatures in the capital will range from -1°C to 3°C at night and 6°C to 10°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be 767 mmHg, with relative humidity at 75–80% at night and 55–65% during the day.

In other regions of Azerbaijan, the weather is expected to remain mostly dry, with occasional fog in some areas. A western wind will blow.

Nighttime temperatures will range from -3°C to 2°C, daytime from 6°C to 11°C. In the mountains, temperatures at night will be -5°C to -10°C, in high mountainous areas -15°C to -20°C, and during the day 2°C to -5°C.

Some mountain roads may be icy during the night and early morning.
