In Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, scattered rain is expected in some areas on January 28.

Axar.az reports, citing the National Hydrometeorology Service, that a mild southeast wind will blow tomorrow.

Night temperatures will range from 2–4°C, and daytime temperatures will reach 5–9°C. Atmospheric pressure will drop from 768 mmHg to 763 mmHg, with relative humidity at 75–85%.

In Azerbaijan’s regions, the weather will mostly be dry, though isolated rain and snow are expected in the evening, with possible heavier precipitation in some areas. Fog may appear in certain locations. The west wind will occasionally strengthen in some mountainous and foothill areas.

Night temperatures will range from –1°C to 4°C, daytime 5–9°C. In the mountains, nighttime temperatures will be –5 to –10°C, in higher mountainous areas –11 to –13°C, with daytime temperatures from –5 to 0°C.

Roads in some mountainous areas may be icy at night and in the morning.
