In Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, the weather on February 12 is expected to be partly cloudy, occasionally overcast, and mainly dry.

Axar.az reports according to the National Hydrometeorology Service, light drizzle is possible in some suburban areas at night. A southwesterly wind will blow.

Air temperature will be 0–2°C at night and 6–9°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be around 760 mm of mercury. Relative humidity will be 70–75% at night and 60–65% during the day.

In the regions of Azerbaijan, the weather will be mostly dry. However, short-term precipitation is expected in some areas during the day, while snow is likely in mountainous regions. Fog is expected intermittently in some places. A moderate westerly wind will blow.

Air temperature will range from 3°C below zero to 2°C above zero at night, and 7–12°C during the day. In mountainous areas, temperatures will be 5–10°C below zero at night, 10–15°C below zero in high mountainous areas, and 0–5°C below zero during the day.

Icy road conditions are possible in some mountainous and foothill regions at night and in the morning.
