Pashinyan to sign a strategic partnership with Iran

A comprehensive strategic cooperation document is planned to be signed during the upcoming visit of Armenian Prime Minister Pashinyan to Tehran in 2026.

Axar.az informs that this was reported by the Iranian Ambassador to Yerevan, Khalil Shirgolami.

He stated that the parties intend to institutionalize the partnership and expand cooperation based on the roadmap.

The diplomat also noted the importance of opening regional communications and developing transit potential as the foundation of stability in the South Caucasus.
