Baku and the Absheron Peninsula will experience partly cloudy skies with mostly dry conditions on February 22. Light drizzle is possible in some areas in the morning, followed by rain in the evening.

Northwestern winds, occasionally strengthening, are expected to calm by evening. Temperatures will range from 3–6°C at night to 9–14°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will slightly drop from 765 mmHg to 762 mmHg, with relative humidity around 75–80% at night and 60–65% during the day.

Across other regions of Azerbaijan, weather will generally remain dry, though evening showers may occur, with brief intensifications and snow possible in mountainous areas. Fog is expected at night and in the morning, accompanied by mild westerly winds.

Regional temperatures will range from 1–6°C at night to 9–14°C during the day. In the mountains, temperatures may drop to -3–2°C at night and reach 2–6°C during the day.
