A resolution of the fourth Congress of the World Azerbaijanis was adopted in Baku on June 4.

According to the resolution, the consistent and targeted measures turned Azerbaijan into a dynamically developing country with a strong civil society.

According to the resolution, the consultations were held with the relevant Azerbaijani state agencies. It is planned to establish a special center or a foundation with a certain budget, which will contain all information, documents, e-information resources, publications and films related to the history, consequences and the process of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement.

The resolution includes a number of recommendations to the diaspora organizations in connection with providing the world with true information about Azerbaijan.
